I would highly recommend Julie Freeman and her team.  From the very first encounter, I felt at ease.  When I went through the open house, Julie was very open and willing to answer any questions I had.  Later that same day, she was very accommodating in letting me come back into the home to make measurements to determine, if the bedroom furniture would fit the space.

When it came to negotiations, I felt no pressure and we were able to come to acceptable terms for both of us.  I had some issues with trying to nail down a closing date, as I was also selling a home, but she worked with me, as she knew I really wanted the home for my family.

Finally, after my home inspection, it was discovered that there was an issuer with the tub drain.  I had purchased the home "as is" and was willing to pay for having it fixed, but neeed it done berfore moving in as I have two younger children.  Julie actually had someone come out and fix it without any additional charges to me.

In closing, this was definitely the best experience I've ever had in acquiring a home. Thank you again to Julie and her team.
